Alright this is what is happening

After Take Off the heli spins left (example push your left stick all the way left) If I try to correct it by using my left stick and pushing it right the heli still spins left maybe slows down a touch I can see the tail rotor is working. I recently purchased a new tail assembly and same problem I have tried to pair my remote numerous times any help greatly appreciated

So you're saying you've tried 2 different tail motors and the problem is the same? In the case, my next suspect would be the 5-in-1 board. Also, I've heard that a bad main motor can cause problems with the tail motor.

I would email or call Horizon Hobby, their customer service is great. Tell them you've tried 2 different tail motors and neither provided enough power, they should replace whatever part they suspect is the culprit free of charge.

Two tail units and it still spins left. If you were sure to center the rudder stick trim when you rebound the Tx to the heli then I'd say the control board on the heli is shot, in particular the gyro on it.
Sorry for that bad news. A new board runs about half the cost of a new heli.

Im having the exact same problem. I went rudder full left and then when i released it, it stuck. I tried re binding the Txer, and nothing happened.

The ground was wet so im not sure if water got into the chopper or whether it just broke. There is still input from the rudder, as it does speed up and slow down with radio input, but it doesnt seem like its doing it with alot of power.

Im very new to the world of RC, I've only had it a week, so Im pretty clueless Razz

I have read about this happening on some other forums, They found the tail blade was on backwards. Easy enough to try, just flip the tail blade over and push back onto the shaft and see if the heli still spins. I have been told there is a small "X" on thr blade hub that is supposed to face the motor I believe.

Problem fixed. Although the tail rotor was responding to TXer input, it wasn't generating much force because the curve of the blade had flattened out, presumably from my repeated crashes whilst learning.

Now all I have to do is wait for the wind to die down so I can go out and break more things

Glad to hear it was a cheap & easy fix. When you posted you replaced tail unit I thought it to be the whole tail, blade & all.
