Appreciate the comment Solentlife even if I did try the 'Reduced' invoice once. Seems to me that if these lists exist they could just send a demand for money instead of for the invoice and proof of payment. It would be quicker and save an extra 3 or more weeks* for the parcel to clear customs.

* I've known it to take months and that was for a used, unflyable helicopter valued by the original owner at $20 USD with a customs duty levy of 40€ = $54.10 USD
