I've treated myself.
After upgrading my 120sr with all sorts of performance and bling I found I had (basically) my entire 1st 120sr sitting in a pile of spare plastic parts!!
How embarassing!
I bought a 5 in 1 board, some rotor links and some servo push rods and I now have a "stock" 120sr (albeit fitted with my spare Xtreme motor)!
I am waiting with great anticipation for my package from Darthdrk that will have his MD500D fuselage for the 120SR in it along with 2x MSR bodies (a Cobra and a BO-105).
Now when I get my MSR-X I will have a scale fleet of 2 MSRs and my 120 MD500D (made up to look like the ones from Capricorn 1) PLUS a pod and boom 120SR (with an antivibration HD camera mount) and a totally RKH blinged out MCPX in anodised red with a matching new custom fiberglass canopy I am making for it.
Anyone know of a good divorce solicitor? _________________ If only I could fly as well as I spend money I don't have...

I just bought a 120SR yesterday. Are you saying I should have just bought all the upgrade parts and put it together myself?
Well, one step at a time. I'm graduating from the CX2, so lets stick with stock for now. |

Well, no. Leave that expense and pointless effort to me.
You could do that but the benefit is limited to some performance improvement, some ironing out some technical issues and some aesthetic improvements.
The stock 120sr is one of the best low cost stock helis out there. Save your money and cherry pick the upgrades unless you like obsessing about "perfection". _________________ If only I could fly as well as I spend money I don't have...
