Hi Cbcmad, and welcome to the forum.

It's not an Align, although I have seen a frame like that before unfortunately the brand escapes me.

Is it complete and flyable or do need parts? If so a few more photos would be helpful.

Just has a wobble, the games afoot...from the photos it looks like a 400 size, can you check the span of a main blade from the fixing screw to tip?

A wobble can indicate:
main blades out of tracking,
a bent shaft, main shaft, feathering shaft, tail rotor shaft, or bent flybar.

Looking at the tail rotor blades, indication, either their in the wrong way round or the synchromesh belt has a half turn the wrong way.
Check turn the main rotor clockwise and the tail rotor -looking at it from the rotor side- should rotate up at the front and over the top.

Is there a speed controller (ESC) connected to the three wires coming from the motor. If so any identification markings?

Any identification on the servos and motor?
Looks like Spectrum receiver.

The gyro is a Telebee, here's a link for the manual:

Transmitter:
The receiver looks to be Spectrum, can you tell us the model identification on the receiver?

Spectrum are good transmitters and receivers you ought to be able to pick used one up for a reasonable price on ebay. However, it would be worth to first do a close mechanical check of the shafts and the balance of the main rotor assembly.
