Most likely problem here is a faulty charger. Can you check the voltage of the battery when fully charged? You should have 12.4V on your 11.1V battery when fully charged. Anything much less than 12.4V and your charger is not doing its job.
Second thing could be the battery. How long does it take to charge? Should be about 1 hour, given that the charger is charging at 1C. Less than that is possibly a battery fault. The charger has given a full charge but the battery mAh rating is down, so the power is not there.
Thirdly power loss in the heli. Assuming that the above are correct and the battery starts at 12.4V, check the voltage when the heli powers down. Should be about 10V; if you have used most of the full 1800mAh of the stock battery in 2 minutes then you are draining at above the 20C rating of the battery. It is likely to either overheat and explode or short circuit internally and be unserviceable.
Let us know more about the problem and perhaps we can provide more help. _________________ Keep Smiling |
