I assume the lower rotor head should be placed so there is space between the lower swashplate and the bearing on top of the main frame, however I don't know how much space that should be. There is a rear guide on the main frame that allows the swashplate about 15mm travel, with the bend about 10mm from top. My CX is setup so the swashplate is centered on rear guide, just above that bend, and it hovers without incident, the CX2 is fit down into the bottom 5mm of rear guide, and found itself in a tree today.
Anybody with an opinion on this?
I have another concern, the CX2 lower rotor head moves up the shaft while flying. is there a trick to keeping it put? I am almost out of replacement blades, so besides ordering more landing skids, what else do I need?
Thanks for the assist! _________________ 72 MHz Blade Cx

The set screws on top of the lower head should line up and go in to the two holes in the outer shaft also. _________________ Nathan Sonnier

I found the hole! Makes a lot of sense to lock that in place! I almost have this bird trimmed out, so now the real work begins.
