Hello all,
i have got a 3 channel co-axial heli. I have learned hovering, forward
flight, reverse orientation......... I am planning to buy a honey bee fp after enough savings. Can i fly it and is it good? Some on the net says it is good beginner single rotor heli. But some says it is very bad. Please advice me.
Thanks. |

hi.... see my posting about my King 2 rotating about its own axis and seemingly no way of stopping it.... hav had nothing but trouble with the things since bought it.... £126 down the drain... thinking of bin ing it.. the belt would not track right at first.... motor burnt out after 5 flights... have spent about another £30 and moor on brushless motor etc. etc. and STIL the thing is a load of rubbish..... my advise... go 2 a dealer... make them demonstate a helly flying.... hover etc. etc. before you waste your money which seems i hav.... Worth reading through Kris's thread, we've been sorting it out slowly but surely.
H B King 2 is good, but it needs careful setting up and good knowledge of aerodynamics to maintain it. _________________ Keep Smiling |

isnt the hb 2 different from the Hb FP?
The FP is the one that sells for$89 and has a lot of good reviews unlike the king2 right? |

Hi
I have a HoneyBee FP. They are fun to fly and pretty basic. Parts are inexpensive but I can only get them online or by phone. Seems a lot of hobby shops dont carry E-Sky. If the wait for parts doesnt bother you then go for it!
Also YouTube has some great tutoral vids on HBFP.
Good luck |
