Hello everyone! I am new to this RC Hobby I just bought a Blade CX-2 as I am reading the maual It mention's if I crash I could damange the main motor ESCs in the 4-in-1 unit.My question is what does ESCs mean?

Hello Tomwolves,

ESC stands for Electronic (or was it electric, haha not too sure) Speed Control - and its function is like the throttle of your car. It controls the electric current that goes to the motor so that you can control the RPM or the speed of the motor. Without it, your helicopter's main rotor would always be spinning at 100% capacity, which would make flight impossible.
