The extreme vibration is most likely caused by an extremely off-balanced blade. Try balancing them and that should get rid of the vibration somewhat if not completely.

One more thing, did the vibration happen when the blade was on reverse? If there was no vibration before and there are vibration now (when you re-attached them the right way) then it might be some sort of attachment problem. Check to see that the blade is connected to the grip properly and that it's held on tight. The main blade should be able to fold back with force but should never wobble freely.

That your blade is going counter-clockwise could mean a big hardware problem. I think all helicopter blades should turn clockwise no matter if the blades are attached right or wrong. Maybe the gears or belt or something is not properly installed.

Also, the direction of the spin aside - in addition to what bluemist was saying, you should also check the blade tracking and make sure that the two blades are spinning on the same plane. Out of track blades are as detrimental and causes as much (or more) vibration as out-of-balance blades.

i also noticed the esc only beeps twice when it says it should beep three times and after fliping the blades and the tail blades and checking the tracking the head wobbles like its going out of syle and i have absolutly no lift and even at full throttle the motor has very low rpms i bought this heli for two reasons and i really hope this isnt a common error first i was really hoping that it would be a better heli than my walkera and that i can get parts for it ordered ground for $3 and it gets here overnight somehow even tho it ships from 800miles away...

From what I've read I'd say yes you should exchange it... It just shouldn't be so broken right out of the box.

At least the store is a responsible one. I know a lot of stores would do nothing such problems...

Did you exchange your Belt CP for another?
If so, how is it working out for you. I just ordered one the other day.
