For Christmas I bought two Heli-Max quads for my Woodall grand kids. One girl that's 14 and the boy is sixteen. They both were doing real well. But like allot of folks this Christmas some of the new toys didn't make it through the day.

It seems the girls (Emma) father was taking a turn with Emma's quad and one of the motors was hanging up. He pulled it a little to free it up from the frame and it came out. Broke the motor leads. I sent an email to the supplier here in the States and they said mail it in and they will look at it. I did tell them WE broke it.

Well today it arrived here at my house repaired. Free of charge. Another good story about RC Model suppliers.

Seems like when this happens we need to spread the word around. This companies need to be supported.

Hi Jack,

Lucky to be in the same country as the supplier, sending to China would prove expensive from the U.S.

I've had a good experience with my prop balancer. The Chinese company sent another when the first did not arrive and a second when (on their request) I put a video on Youtube showing the 'out of balance' of the device. Video was deleted when they confirmed dispatch. The concept was great - the engineering/quality control was not. At no time did they ask for money or return of the balancer.

Tom.

Will try to be about Jack - but having been basking in the sun today (80ºF in your terms) and cleaning the pool -

I might not be awake.

Only hard if you weaken Jack!
all depends on the spin that you put on things!

She'll turn the other way if you decide and look at it that way. Bit like life really!
