Hey guys haven't been here in a while.
Was really busy with lots and lots of things and have just came back to the RC heli world.
Anyways, I saw this his helicopter from Hirobo and haven't seen it shared here yet so want to post it for you all.
Here it is: the Hirobo EMBLA 450E .
Gotto say haven't seen anything much Hirobo for a while, they had the quark series and the lepton before that but that's about it. Always did have a soft spot for Hirobo though, really high quality build and all. Usually the price tag is a little high but hopefully this one will be cheaper.
And here are some pics:

According to this site they intend to charge $454,25 USD for the flybar kit - no electronics included. Seems pricey to me.
However, you can see Yasuichi Sawamura throwing the flybarless version around in the Perth, (that's in Australia) skys.

I too have a soft spot for Hirobo and have the Quark heli. My father used to fly the shuttle ZX a long time ago.
I don't know why Hirobo haven't been launching that many models lately and for the ones that they do, parts are hard to find. Even for my Quark, the batteries and etc.. seems quite specialized.
Nice to see that they launch this one though, hopefully will be seeing more from them from now on |
