Wow, I'd never have the guts to try that. I plan to change the Rx in my Big Lama if the Rx ever shows up. I ordered it on the 8th and still waiting for it. Thats about the extent of what I'd try. I'm really new at this. Speaking of big Lama, we had a horrible crash and I had to change the stock cabin for a tail boom conversion. I'll be glad when the RC stores have the regular Big Lama cabins back in stock. I thought it looked much nicer stock. I had the Red White and Blue cabin. On that note does anyone know where to get one?

Hi Tom,
Just to help out a little here's two PDFs I made on the DX6i and the Big Lama. Connected as per the E-sky Rx you will have no rotor power. The first corrects this, the second helps prevent blade strikes.
Big Lama DX6i
Big Lama Dual Rates

Hey Tombo, thanks for the info. I did have a light blade strike but my crash was caused by my lack of depth perception. Only have one good eye. It looked like I was flying in front of a tree and I flew right into it. The Big Lama took about a 25ft. Free fall. I have the Xtreme hardened blades on it so the blades dont break like the stock ones. They're kinda rubbery. Only $7.00 a set. Thanks again for the information. As soon as my Rx arrives I'll be able to do that.

Would this apply to the Co-Dauphin as well? I hear V4 and dauphin is same internals. I would like to switch to a futaba setup soon. _________________ E-Razor 450 + Air Hogs Pocket Copter + Radd's School of Rotary Flight = Teh Awesomness |
