It's one of the more expensive Sims but Phoenix has the MSR modeled. It can also be used with the DX6i. |

Hi Haze,
I am currently putting models together for ClearView. The MSr is a possibile one, although at the moment I am concentrating on my own fleet. There is no charge for these, they come free to anyone who is not prepared to sell them commercially. (i.e. Freeware )
I will need shots of an MSr straight on to top, bottom, sides with and without canopy, front and rear, and all from the same distance if possible. May take a few weeks to complete, depends on my free time.
PM me if interested. _________________ Keep Smiling |

I don't mean so much that it 'looks' like the MSR, but for learning to fly, a sim that functions in flight like the msr. How about an existing sim for which you can use a different model # that flys very close to the msr. |

In that case, I think most of the simulators out there will ship with a small electric heli in its database. Those should be somewhat close to the Blade MSr. You won't get an exact characteristic unless the simulator specifically has "Blade MSr" for you to choose from.
I never knew that Phoenix has MSr, thanks NMGeezer for letting me know . So haze10, I think the Phoenix would be what I recommend because you'll get the exact feel of the heli. The phoenix is also a very very good flight sim and you can't go wrong with it. It'll pay for its self the very first time you crash. |

I've only tried the "Blade_mSR_V2" version but the blades stay where they should.
Ground effect seems wrong but I do not have one of these so I can't say for sure, but I don't think that a very slow decent should take it right to the ground. Equally a very slow lift off should not continue to rise out of ground effect. _________________ Keep Smiling |
