Well, had a little set-back tonight. Had the whole thing working fine on the stand, suddenly she goes wukka-wukka and poof~~~ one of the little tiny ball screws in the swash plate bent and let go the push rod...luckily I keep old parts and was able to switch out the swash and get back at 'er in a few minutes.
She wouldn't get off the ground this time...I think I have a pitch problem so I'm rebuilding one from online but with 1/8' plexi-glass, it'll look nice when I'm done.
