Hi Maxnoob,
The difference is way the Radios work, the 35 mHz is subject to interference from other equipment operating on the same frequency. With the 2.4gHz the Transmitter and the Receiver bind to each other and the receiver will only accept commands from the transmitter it is bound too.
In practical terms they both do the same thing, I would always choose the 2.4 gHz
1. For the lack of interference
2. It has a much shorter aerial
PS Not sure how the 35/70 varies from standard 35 mHz could not find any reference to it on Google. _________________ Keep your rotors spinning

Hi Maxnoob,
Go along with Admirals' advice and get the 2.4Ghz Tx, you will not regret it. The length of aerial wire trailing from your helicopter with a 35/70Mhz Rx is too easy to stand on when you go to pick it up. Then you either snap it off or the heli is jerked out of your hands. Not much fun either way!
The difference in the 30/70Mhz is in the country of operation, Europe & Australia 35Mhz, America and most of the rest of the world 70Mhz. It is all to do with local regulations. _________________ Keep Smiling |
