Blondini.....
Kinda hard to tell from the photo....but it looks like a link has let go....
You want to check if the link is BROKEN or just popped off the swashplate..
If it HAS popped off....did it take the ball with it??
Hopefully, it's just a popped-off link....and a pretty easy fix....
Your mentioning the blades are "floppy" seems to point to a disconnected link..

Yep fixed that and then found the pin (jesus bolt?) was missing which seems to be the reason the main rotor isn't rotating, slid a paper clip in and will see if that fixes it _________________ Skyartec NINJA 400 6ch RTF 2.4GHz |

OK real stupid question, after the heli has paired should pushing the throttle give any response?
Nothing happens until I hit the gear switch and then the rotors (main and tail) both spin up, should they spin up with the gear switch off(down)
Thanks _________________ Skyartec NINJA 400 6ch RTF 2.4GHz |

OK I can answer this myself, the throttle trim was set mid-position which on flikcing the gear switch made the heli 'go mad', putting the trim to the bottom now means I can throttle normally
