i am haveing fun and games trying to get my new T34 to fly I need to replace the prepellers at the moment These I have purchased but I seem to be going wrong somewhere can any one help me please maybe on what to do first and I dont think the rear perpeller is working on backwards is it meant to

Can anyone help me in simple terms please
