No, that isn't me. I was just presenter.
Look fairly stable, but the larger one usually more stable. I'm not sure.
Wait for some review!

Oh my gosh that is absolutely awesome!
I have been waiting to get the 3G version of the T-REX 100 because it will be flybarless.
But this one also comes with a shaft-driven tail and that's what we've all (especially Tombo) been asking for over and over from the manufacturer!
Thanks for sharing |

I ordered one over a week ago, but I haven't gotten it yet.
I don't think it's the smallest shaft-driven CP in the world though; what about the Walkera V120D02 and M120D01? _________________ Align: Trex 250 3GX + Trex 450 Pro with Vbar

I like it . Now if there was a BNF version for my DX6i . . .

Well you almost can Tombo, it's very similar to the mCP X (Oh thats right the mCP X has a tail motor) maybe the mCP X2 will be the one you need. _________________ Keep your rotors spinning

I will say this for the direct-drive tail on the mCP X; it taught me to be very smooth on the collective to avoid tail blowout, a skill which transferred to my bigger helis and improved my 3D.
I guess it's kind of backwards logic to handicap yourself in the name of progress, but it worked in this case. I find the mCP X to be an indispensable 3D trainer. _________________ Align: Trex 250 3GX + Trex 450 Pro with Vbar

Well I took a look at the mCP X, looks good but I hate tail motors, now if they had a shaft drive version - maybe. There is NO WAY I'm buying anything with a tail motor. (Except perhaps a pusher delta fixed wing! )

Well the Solo Pro 180 came today and so far I'm pretty impressed.
I've only flown one pack so far, but my first impression is positive. The cyclic response seems a lot more crisp than the similar Walkera M120D01. The heli itself also seems a little less fragile.
I goosed the throttle a little and there appears to be a fair amount of power there; I'm excited to get more comfortable with it and take it out for some flips/rolls. _________________ Align: Trex 250 3GX + Trex 450 Pro with Vbar

How does it compare with the mcpx and the v100d08?

Well tail hold is a lot better because of the variable-pitch tail. I think it's also slightly more powerful than the mCP X and definitely more powerful than the V100D08. When I say "powerful", I'm referring to the power-to-weight ratio, or how much "pop" it has when goosing the throttle.
The cyclic response on The Solo Pro 180 isn't as crisp as the smaller helis, especially the ultra-responsive mCP X. This might actually be a good thing for beginners, as the result is what feels almost like "big-heli stability." But to me it just feels kind of mushy compared to the mCP X. _________________ Align: Trex 250 3GX + Trex 450 Pro with Vbar

Hi All,
I need help! I got my NE 318A 180D months ago but din't try it out. I am a newbie on 4Cha helis... Now, I am much confident flying them without crash. but when I tried the 180D, I can't seem to lift it!
At start-up, I noticed that air blown from the propeller is going upwards thus pushing the heli down. When I continue to add more pitch, the heli slightly lifts on the left side landing skid leaving the right landing skid on the ground thus the propeller might hit the floor.
What could be wrong? _________________ Regards,

Is your transmitter set to the right swashplate setting? When you hit Throttle Hold and move the throttle stick up and down, does the swashplate stay level and move up and done correctly? _________________ Align: Trex 250 3GX + Trex 450 Pro with Vbar
