I am currently using this charger. Everything about it is all good. Except one thing, it doesn't come with a balance charging option. Do I need to get one of those external balances? Is balance charging all that important? |

I agree with flightright. I had the green one. I used this for 2 years charging mainly 3 cells for park foamies (planes), it was very reliable and trustworthy. The person who brought it off me a year ago is still using it. Very simple to use too. Since moving up to 450 size helis and using 90-100% throttle, I have had to buy a decent balance charger due to the batts going out of balance because of constant, high current draw.
