+1 on that Jack,

Versatile and well designed - can't go wrong with E-Flite.

Tom.

+2 on Jack

E-Flite helicopter are great value, a bit more expensive than the others but fly well out of the box and have a great range of spares available in most countries as well as great support.

Their BNF (Bind and Fly) range means that you use Spektrum DSM2/DSMX Rx (Receivers) which in turn means you can use a DX6i Tx (Transmitter) or above and you only need one Tx for several models.

Hi, Im new to flying and i have spoken to a lot of people regarding my first purchase and I too went with the Blade range.

I went with the NCPX its a great heli its small enough to fly indoors but not too small that you can fly it out doors. I have enjoyed using the NCPX the things that it is capable of is mind blowing i have had a thousand crashes yet the only things i have had to replace is the landing skids which i would recommend upgrading straight away and also the stock canopy. Relatively inexpensive and would not be phased in buying another.

Hope this helps

Jack

Well, Walkera helis are quite good, and their Devo7 2.4ghz radio system is too -comes with 7 point throttle and pitch curve settings, and the Devo7 ought to serve well for when you progress on to another helis. World-wide availability of Walkera spares within a week.

Have a look at this Master CP 2 is within your budget of $200.
