Does anyone here recommend using either of these servos for my e-razor?

I am looking for an inexpensive upgrade to the plastic dynam servos.

The only comment I'll make is .... stay away from Corona Metal 9gr Servos ... they are not smooth at all ... and have a bad centre. I replaced my Tower Pro SG90 plastics with them and wish I hadn't.

I will say this ........... plastic servos are a pain that they strip gears easy - but you can get replacement gear sets for many of them. They also strip before something else damages.

To be honest at the price of Mystery / Tower Pro etc. servos on Ebay ... I buy a bag full ... job lots of 8 etc. and find it about same cost as gear sets.

The Tower Pro MG90 is not a bad servo ... maybe a bit slow for serious work - but for learning / intermediate stuff - fine.

The X-Heli stuff ... I don't live in US so cannot comment.

I use this corona servo for tail because it is fast and cheap. You can use them for cyclic as well. It is not bad considering the cost, no centering or slack. It is a digital with metal gear. The only problem with them is they generate glitches (electrical noise) interfering other servos. I use a large capacitor connected to receiver and a ferrite core to suppress them (servo wire arround it).

What do you mean about using capacitor and ferrite core? I am unfamiliar with those items (heard of them, no idea what they do,). How would I do a set up such as yours?

You can get the capacitor from HobbyKing or you can make one from a 3300 uF 10V capacitor with a wire cutoff from an old servo. It works as power reservoir to smooth out the supply. It is plugged to a spare channel on the receiver.

The ferrite core is the green one in the picture. I get it from an old Switching BEC. I think you can get one from electronic shops. Just wrap the servo wire around it a couple rounds. The ferrite core works as a high frequency conductor which short-circuits all glitch-noises.

My setup is 3 cyclic analog servos HTX900 and corona digital servo for tail. Someone said that analog servos are more susceptible to glitches. So if you use all digital servos for cyclic as well then I think there should be no problem. But then you need to make sure your ESC has enough current (at least 3A I think) to drive all these digital servos because digital servos draw more current than analog.

Oh, well I have a ferite core already then. Came with the setup but wasn't explained, and preinstalled. Thank you for the clarification, no idea how long it would have taken me to figure that out on my own, haha.
