Does anyone have an opinion on which servos are better between the H3000 or the hs5065 for the 450x? I'm tired of stripping the stock ones! Mad

Hi Glawson,

Either of those are a good choice, I use the Hitecs for CCPM and an Align 420 for the Tail servo on mine.

Thanks Admiral, I guess it will come down to the best deal that I can find on Ebay. By the way, would I have to do any mods on either of these or will they fit right in?

No alterations to fit the HS65MGs into the Blade 400 and the 5065 are the same size, Dimensions (WxLxH):23.60 x 11.60 x 24.00mm they should slot straight in. The Eflite dimensions are Length 0.90 in (23.0mm)Width 0.45 in (11.5mm)Height 0.96 in (24.0mm)Weight 0.27 oz (7.6g)

0.01 of a mm on width won't be noticed an if it is one wipe of a small file would fix it.
