Hello and welcome to the forum,
I'm not sure if there are simulators that comes with 3ch helicopters in their database.
However, you might want to try realflight's swap page and see if someone has created one. If so, RealFlight might be the sim for you... |

Hi Elviejo and welcome,
ClearView is an excellent simulator for the money and the models are easy to modify. Removing the elevator channel fron any of the co-axial models would give it a similar flight pattern to your 3 channel ones. If you had problems with this I can help you to do it.
Here is a link to ClearView and one for a good controller.

Hi Tombo 242
I have received the 6CH usb flight simulator control & would like to use
the ClearView that you have recommended. I have a 120 SR & am now
able to get it off the ground & hover without running into everything.
i am by no means a PC guru.
Could you give me a bit of a walk through from the start. I have two
PC one has Windows 7 & the laptop in my garage is Windows XP.
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
cheers

Hi Mike,
1. Download the free 'Demo version' from here. Instructions are on the page. It will start in 'Demo' mode which limits the helis and aircraft that you can use and will only run for a limited time. (I think about 350 sec. Please don't quote me!) Note that the programme MUST be installed in "C:\ClearViewRC\clearview" or it will not run. (It will automatically select this location.)
2. After initial installation is complete, it will download models from the internet so you MUST remain connected until it has finished completely.
3. When you know it works, you can upgrade to the full version $39.95 USD on the same site. Activation is just about instant.
It might be worth joining the ClearView forum here is a link. Support is second to none and there is a lot of useful advise to be had from the members. (You'll find me there.) You can then keep mechanical and computer questions separate.
Hope this helps,
