Got these Stainless Steel screws and boy howdy, they work nice! Much deeper hex holes, threads are deeper (almost course) on the shank for better grip, in fact there are no screws to go into the plastic, but the machine screws bite into it really well. Also replaced the plastic servo horn with solid metal ones.

BEFORE: Frame with original screws and servo horns.

AFTER: Frame with Stainless Steel Screws and new servo horns.

Was even able to make the Chinese weights with a few of the many left overs in the Stainless set. Set includes a replacement for every fastener and many washers, nuts, and set screws, of different sizes.

A little something to help out, $50.00 bucks in the classifieds.

hehe, yep, main reason I can't fly...*sigh*...but I love tinkering around and fixing and tweaking...lol, remember Tom ,when I used to call you almost everyday trying to learn how to adjust the blade pitch?? lmao, now I do it even though I don't have to,
when I put those metal bell cranks on i just went ahead and re-leveled all the linkages up to the top and re-leveled the swash, ..*sigh*...now, in a few minutes gonna take her out and see if there is a better hover in there for me somewhere.

edit: Don't get me wrong, I hardly know anything yet, but what I do know I owe to you and Crash and PJ and Chopper, and Admiral and DT...and...and...lol, so, thanks to ya'll I can at least get the heli offa the ground.
