Did you mean to post a YouTube video as there's a closing link in your post? A lot more details are required if you can.

Are both sets of blades turning? Does one set turn free and the other restricted by motor resistance? Have you checked the security of all screws holding the blades to the main shaft?

If you've crashed it, you may have sheared the little grub screws that hold the inner/outer shaft to the main drive gear.

Photos/video always help, and if you do a search for T-34 problems (just type T-34 in the search box), particularly not lifting off, you'll find a lot more info. on this site.

Come back if still stuck.

.
That screw, plus the identical one on the other side, help to hold the bottom blades to the outer shaft (there's also two underneath the blades as well).

Take out the opposing screw so you know what size it is, and go and get a replacement (or several) - any machine shop/hardware store. They're probably stainless. Make sure it's the correct size and no longer, or you'll go right through the outer shaft and nip the inner which carries the top set of blades. Don't want that. Laughing

Check and see if the holes in the plastic line up with the holes in the drive tube, as can be seen in this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/T34-RC-Helicopter-Spare-Part-Main-Drive-Shaft-Tube-for-A-B-Blades-/180869822407?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item2a1cae77c7

Try doing a search on ebay.

Simple solution instead of trying to find a screw that will fit, re-drill the hole to fit the screw you already have.
