Trex 40 clone sellers - my preferred eBay sellers

I thought it might be interesting for me to list out the items that I've bought via Ebay sellers etc. that have proved to be good value and cost effective.

I'll leave of the 450 RTF as the seller turned out to be not such a good one - but the RTF was excellent ... a true SE V2 clone in all respects.

Ok ...

a) A complete barebones 450 SE V2 - carbon fibre frame with metal head + boom + tail ... everything except eletronics, motor, ESC, battery and canopy ... but with blades ... Seller : "planemodel-b" price £17.98

b) Corona Metal geared servos 9g, analog .. Seller : "abeyerr", pack of 4 for £4.98

c) E-Tech G-105 Gyro ... seller : "global.mart" at $6.59

d) BL Motor, HB2835H, 3700KV 13T .... seller : "global.mart" at £7.99

e) Main head complete, Tarot CNC metal ... seller : "gogo.rc" at £10.00

f) Tail unit upgrade to integrative all in one mount, Tarot cnc ... seller : "gogo.rc" at $8.99

g) Glass fibre painted canopies .... seller : "fmt-model" at $2.96 each

h) Frame hardware bag of alloy spacers, blue cup washers etc. ... seller : "chunqianguan" at £1.45

i) 12.9 machine screw complete 450 set .. seller : "chunqianguan" at £2.48

j) 30A mystery ESC .. seller : "helimaster" £3.98

k) 450 linkage balls threaded complete set .. seller : "gogo.rc" at £0.99

The 450 is fitted with FrSky 2.4Ghz and that's proven absolutely gold in my fixed wing gear as well .. fitted to FlySky 9X Tx ...

My favourite ebay suppliers for the 450 gear are :

with abeyerr coming up as reserve.

I appreciate that for some the above gear will be cheap chinese and not regarded as Competition standard, but my aim is to make my modelling reasonable and economic where possible. I have had some rubbish but generally I can say that near all ebay gear I've had has worked. For my 450's - I check the above first before others and so far have been well pleased. They communicate well, they dispatch quickly and well packaged.

I have no commercial connection to any of above and only list them based on my buying experience with them.

Carrying on ... there is one seller that is worth a good look if you want reasonable motors at good pricing ... with the spare shafts / replacement parts if ever needed :

the motors have a remarkable resemblance to Turnigy and other .. so may be lower priced same ?

Thanks for the info Nigel, nothing beats genuine experience.

I'll keep those sellers in mind whenever I'm using eBay.

I bought parts from global.mart, gogo.rc and fmt-model as well. They are good.
For good quality 12.9 steels bolts, I always bought them from "atters153" (UK seller).
I once bought some M2x6 bolts from "whoareone", but they turn out to be M2x5, just 1mm short.
