heli has no power when plugged in

i checked my battery and is good,my throttle is down,idle up is off, i make sure the transmitter light goes solid and then plug in my battery.the gyro light blinks and there are no beeps,i have no power to any of my servos or motor i am lost at this point does anyone have any ideas

I don't know what you're flying but it might be that the Rx and or the ESC isn't reading low throttle stick from the Tx. There is a built in fail safe so the bird won't spool up when the Rx is turned on untill it is set to zero throttle or below. (a darn good idea IMO, ask me how I know Rolling Eyes ) Is the trim lever on the Tx set to low and can the throttle sub trim on the Tx be reduced to a (-) %

im flying a belt cp v2,my throttle stick and trim are in the down position

Try moving the throttle trim down more.
Sometimes just having the stick at the bottom is not enough, you have to give it a little more...
If that does not work then I would look into a new ESC..

me personally i have one heli when i turn it on i don't let the tx stop flashing to bind it. you might try that. turn on your tx then plug in battery. see if it binds
