ok, I have a lil tail wag going on, not much but can't seem to get rid of it, is there anytime I should/could use the "Gain" Screw in the Gyro itself or should I just keep on using the Tx to get it right, just can't seem to hit that magic number.... |

On my B400 I had to reduce the 'Gain' a little to get the tail wag to go away.

No Trouble, don't use the gain screw, just the settings on the Tx. If it's wagging, then the gain is too high. Back it down - just a little at a time - until it stops. A small overshoot and snap back from a rapid piro is fine but a "Happy Wag" as if your offering a bone should not happen.
Incidentally the usual position for HH on the DX6i is gyro switch away from you (towards the top of the Tx). However, this can be changed by altering the Tx gyro values, so it's not set in stone.

Ok, thanks Tom,
You're right of course 'bout the gyro, got to learn alot more about it, I guess mine is kinda backwards, toggle down is very steady and toggle up is wild, course, I haven't messed with any settings there. |
