Hi,

I got my husband a chinook by century uk for xmas, can anyone help because it wants to fly backward and not forwards even with full forward stick and trim, and has a tendancy to throw itself sideways when taking off.

Hi Fletch,

I have never flown one, but on your description on the problem I would be checking that the two flybars are connected to the top rotors properly, one of them being disconnected would give erratic flight like you describe.

Also check that the battery is in the correct place should be somewhere near the center so that the helicopters centre of gravity is in the middle.
