.
When I ordered my DX6i, it was the package with an AR6115e receiver. But on opening, it also had an AR6210 and satellite. Nice.

For a noob and on the assumption the machine isn't going out of sight (done that before...), which one would be better to use/keep as spare?

Cheers

For line of sight, I've never had a problem with any Rx & my DX6i. I do have sats in my big (1.4M) fixed wing craft, but the helis don't stray too far so they run sat-less as do all the other models.

Tom.

The AR6115e receiver will do nicely.

Your are not going to get so far away with that receiver that you need to worry.

It's the one I use. I keep all my long range receivers for Fixed wing.

Cheers, guys. Sounds good to me.

And I won't have to worry about placing the sat.
