What Brand helicopter. Does it have a Lipo battery.
You can't drain a Lipo battery all the way down. If you do you ruin the battery. It will not recharge.
If it's a Ni-Cad battery you CAN drain it almost all the way. 99% of the time a Ni-Cad will recharge.

Time for a new battery...
If you flew it till it was drained, it's over. they don't like that. _________________ Trex 450V1...Trex 600Nitro Flybarless, Outrage Velocity 50 flybarless. Frenzy V2 50.

Hi RC Nick,
Welcome to the Forum, hope we can help you.
There are lots of answers to you question.
Firstly what are you looking for ?
1. Something to entertain yourself or kids for a couple of weeks then forget about.
2. An ongoing interest that I might get into.
3. A hobby that is going to take over my life, well almost, except for the Wife, the dog and work. (In that order)
If it's No.1 Go to the Mall and have 10 minutes fun with your new Helicopter.
If it's No.2 Something 4 Channel like the Nine Eages Solo, or E-Flite MCX2 depending on how much you want to spend.
If it's No.3 A Flight Sim, a Programmable Radio and a 4 channel co-axial for a few weeks followed by a fixed pitch like Blade 120 SR if you get a Spektrum TX (Transmitter) or one of what ever suits your TX.
From there you know if you want to get more involved. _________________ Keep your rotors spinning

I think you need to change it's power or battery and try to fly it from remote. Otherwise you can go to the rc helicopter repair shop because they has more knowledge about it and they give you best solution for your problem. I think this is best way for you. |
