I have the full set of the blades series.Mcx , CX2 , and the 400.
Whille happy with them all especially the Mcx.
I want to up grade to the rex 450 or 500 .The first draw back is I have to build it.While i would think i can manage this the setting up scares me.So much to think about.
Also the running equipement ,servos, gyro ,tranny etc. all to buy and fit.
Also deciding which one to buy the 450 or 500 Any help or advice would be appreciated. |

I recommend going for the 450 because parts are much more readily avaliable and both the kit its self and the parts are much less expensive than the 500 (you will need to replace parts, it's inevitable). The 500 is more stable though but also much more expensive. |

Yea, just compare the price of battery packs for the 450 vs 500. Also need a serious charger for the 22 Volt packs in the 500. That will set you back another $300 or more.
Both the 450 & 500 have very easy to follow instructions, but if you get stuck we're always here to help. |
