just installed airy kit with harden blades now heli wants to slide forward and spin to right when trying to take off cant take it out with control adjustment balance bar doesnt feel right could this be the cause of problem

If by 'balance bar' you mean the 'fly bar' then it is unlikely that it is the cause of the spin, that would be a difference in the torque of the rotors. Check that they have the correct props on them and both are free from any friction. Sometimes a failing battery can cause untrimable rotation.

The drift sounds like a swash plate alignment problem. The new plate may need a proper levelling.

from what i can tell rotors are fine and using a zip tie swash plate is level noticed when top cap for fly bar is tightened screws hit fly bar allowing no movement. gonna try fileing old flybar head alittle on each side to allow movement around screws. no idea what else to try.

freeing up flybar seems to have solved the problem. at least inside,have 25 mph winds today,maybe tomarrow let u know.
