I've found a guy who does really cool decals for heli's/models etc and can go with what I flew in the military (Huey-UH-1) but my question is what scale (model wise) would the Big Lama canopy be? Anyone know?

I dont know but would sure like to have some of those decals for my military version lama. Maybe you could just tell him the length of it and he might know. Either way I haven't had much luck finding what I need yet.

Tom, here's the guys site below. Has some awesome stuff however I "think" and is why I'm asking is thatthe Big Lama is 1/10 scale, but need to be sure. Yes I'll probably contact him direct. I've been busy and forgot but will do so. here's the link...'

Went to the decal web site and had a look. He has some nice looking decals. I did find a plastic model of a UH-1 at the Revell web site. Not sure what scale though. Just have to keep looking.

i think you should take your lama to him then he can easily judge about its measurements.I have listened about Custom Decal Builder which is really helpful. Everyone likes to hook up their helis so that they look great. With the Custom Decal Builder you can do just that and add your personal touch. These decals can be personlized to your specifications. So you can check these if you are interested.

As the length of the BL is ~0.5+m and a real Lama is ~10+m the scale would be about 1/20 = (0.5/10). I only guessing here but it seems that 1/32 would be the nearest he has, but if you can take it there that would be ideal.

Tom.
