esc question for trex 600

got the align 600esp. my brushless esc 100A that came in the kit went in flames before i even got the fly the beast. can any one recommend a good esc for my 600? don't trust the default align esc.

Was that a brand new & off the shelf kit and the ESC went up in flames? Myself, I'd be looking for a replacement from where you bought it or from Align.

yup- brand new off the shelf heli. i will contact my seller and try to get a replacement, but a little worried about installing the same kind of esc into my 600. just wondered if you can suggest any better brand over align with more amps as well (say 125-150A)

You can use them, it's just personal choice.
With the CC esc's you can program them with your laptop right at the field with a usb cord. I am not sure about scorpion. I hear they are good units though. I have just never used one.

oh yes crash, got my align 100a replaced by a new one, but decided to go for cc ice 100 instead. very pleased with it and got the trex in the air.
