Hiya guys,
Ok, I put a new plastic Align head on my heli, Swash is lvl.
: Mid stick, both blades at 0
: Lo stick, both blades at -3
: Hi stick, one blade at +8
one blade at +10
one more time: what is a good beginner pitch formula?
Also, let's say I want to move the +10 to match +8, will that knock the blade out of whack on lo and mid stick? Hope ya'll can understand what I am getting at, not exactly the clearest brain right now, pinched nerve in back, takin' muscle relaxers and Tylonol 3....

lol, your senses are astute my friend!
Actually the swash is lvl on all three lvls, ...maybe my luck is changing...anyway, yes, lvl in lo, mid, and hi stick, just one blade is a lil' off on the + side by 2 deg. I should be able to get it right by using the swash to mixer arm link. I was just wondering if that works and I got both blades even, what degree positive and negative would be good for a beginner again, +5% and -7%?

So for the 'beginner' settings we set +/- 10º on the collective and +/-7º on the cyclic. (Done by Skype folks so you can't see how - sorry It's a bit complicated,)
Test flights seem to be A.O.K. awaiting final results from Trouble.

Just to be sure it's set up right he can send me the heli along with 4 brand new ThunderPower 2250mah, 45C packs and I'll give it a through going over and test flights. Shouldn't take more then 8 to 10 weeks

Now steady on there Trouble - look at my age on the left here. I might make 20 years but 30 is pushng it a bit.
We'll have to do better with the hover somehow. Maybe watching this 1min dawn video of mine taken through the swash of my Blade 400 a few times might give you the idea of tiny adjustments before things get too far out of hand. (There's not a lot of room where I fly!)
