Hi Guys,

A quick and easy way of telling which batteries are charged and which have been used, we have all set up a Helicopter with a discharged battery at some stage. This is not my idea, it came from forum member RobbyRob who I fly with. In Australia and I presume other parts of the world Bakers sell bread in plactic bags with a plastic clip sealing them which has a Use By date on it, as we charge a battery we attach a clip, when we use that battery we remove the clip, simple but effective.

As you can see one size fits all.

A really great tip, Thanks. I for one always mix up what batts I've flown already and what ones are still ready to go when I'm out flying.

An excellent idea .......

At moment I have a systen where I have all charged packs in my LiPo box. As I use them - they get put aside outside the box. I have a Volvo XC Estate car .. and work out of the back of it with door open. So boxes etc. are on the cargo floor.
I just remember to not put a used pack in the box until going home.

Once home - I then check ALL packs with the Wattmeter and charge up those requiring it.

I bought a bunch of these so e time ago...same concept...less economical!

I bet you can make these up from some styrene sheet, a hole punch and a scalpel, paint them, write on them even colour code them!
