All Im say is to FIRST inspect everything closely, no-need to replace the whole rotor head if there's a bearing problem, just replace any damaged or worn bearings they cost very little. As you say one servo is sticking, as they're the most important thing wether fly-bared or flybarless...So just sort them out.

I take it the D213F servo is to replace that problematic cyclic servo.

With regards to the GY48V gyro: the performance depends on the servo it's paired with. I can't quite identify your rudder servo...can you post the make and model identification of that servo.

In the write-up on mycoolheli.com, the Detrum GY48V gyro is paired with a JR DS209G servo, which is a very fast servo but on the expensive side.
JR DS290G specification:
Voltage 4.8v...........6.0v
Torque:0.94 kg/cm......1.15 kg/cm
Speed: 0.08 sec/60°....0.07 sec/60°
Weight: 7.1g
