Well...it was nice sunny Easter Sunday around here...very little breeze (i thought) So while we were hanging around outdie...i thought id get out one of my little co-ax helis....its only a 3ch...about 13" long, and ive lightend it, modded the flybar, modded the canopy to allow me to swap out fresh battery packs, painted it, and lastly...replaced the aluminum tail boom with lightweight composite tubing.
Well up comes a little wind....i turn QUICKLY to face it and.....BAM!!!!!
HONESTLY....the dog DIDNT make me do it!!!!!!

I think he's just wondering if he should mark his territory on it, so others will know it's his!
I have to beware of visiting dogs and my African drums on the group sessions. They seem to think the bases are trees!

We don't fire hydrants here so the dogs wouldn't know it was for them. We do have trees everywhere and wood's what they are used to.
People do not seem to understand that their dogs are not always as well behaved as they think they are, worse than their children sometimes. At least the kiddies believe that I have a marker fluid in the pool that shows any trace of their personal water!!!

Aw Guys - Come On! I thought you had it right at first JDM then you added the second part. I'm with the dog sitting there proud and guarding his masters(?) toy OR does that expression say "Now maybe he will play with Me?" |

You guys ALL have good points...BUT I know my dog and what he's thinking IS....."THANK YOU, its dead and i DIDNT have to eat it.......again!!!!!!!"
Tye
Tombo....he knows better than to mark his territory on my stuff.......we've had that discussion once, and only once......if only he sould stop eating the neighbour's children.....(just kidding)
Tye
P.s. Just in case y'all are interested.....He is a Black Lab/Boxer (mother) and Newfie/Chow (father) Everyone thought he was going to be a MONSTER...BUT if you average out the four breeds size....he should be 22-23" at the withers (shoulders) and 65-75 lbs........hes EXACTLY that!!!!!
He's a $^%! head....but we love him!!!!!!!!!! |

My Morrocan palm seems to be a target for all visiting dogs after they are driven away from the drums. Pure thing needs washing down frequently or it starts to die.
(I still hate dogs in my space!) . . .

But there's one thing about dogs that average Human cannot beat .... there's no BS with a dog - it's love or hate with them. No two-faced trickery as you often find in our species .......
AND they quickly sum up a person as to whether they can be trusted or not. Rarely wrong ........... |

GREAT POINTS...Bruno makes up his own mind within a few seconds if he likes someone or not...i cant MAKE him like someone (or trust them) BUT i DO correct his negative behaviour in such a case.
He is a GREAT dog, we had him in ALGONQUIN park in a boat fishing all day yesterday...he was great, and VERY tired today. BUT your right...they dont like everyone....bottom line!!!!! |
