can someone explain to me what effect i would notice when changing the gain on the gyro i understand there is 10 steps up or down but what does it do ??????


will it keep it more level or less will it keep it from going inverted ????


im just dumb when it comes to these things

May be more info in the manual John, but my guess is that it will set the control of the tail. Too much and the tail will wag, to little and it will drift. You get to the 'sweet spot' by trial and error. However, sometimes these levels are overridden by a programmable Tx.

ya i did some tests and if the gain is set on all three all the up the heli kind of shutters around and all the way down its real stable super stable but i didnt test it long so i dont know how it will act when doing other things

Basically speaking, if the gain is set too high the AS3X will constantly "hunt" to find center. Too low and it'll drift. It's just what feels right for you.
