I currently have a blade cp pro and i'm looking to upgrade to a larger heli soon. I can't really decide on either the blade 400 or the belt cp. I understand the reason for the difference in price due to the Spectrum radio that comes with the blade.
I guess I'm asking what would be the better way to go: Blade 400 or Belt cp and buying my own radio. Which is better quality?
I'm not too big into the 3d aspect of flying, I'm going to make it a scale model, but I still want plenty of performance
I also have 2 planes and I'd like to use one radio for all my aircraft. |

Hello,
I'd say you should go for the Belt-CP and get a really good radio with it. Being a fan of the Futaba, you should go for the FAAST system. And since you want to be able to control both your helicopter and your airplane, the 6EX FASST AP/HP is the one I recommend. It's cheap and it has programs to suit both airplanes and helicopters (hence it's AP/HP label).
The belt-cp is better quality so I think since you're stepping up, there's no reason to go for the Blade 400. |
