I just happened to come across this helicopter and thought it was the weirdest rotor system I've ever seen 
At first I thought it was a 3-rotor system (which was weird enough) and closer inspection revealed that it's actually a 6-rotor heli! It's one of the draganflyer series.
Does anybody know how these system works?

yup I agree that is one totally weird rotor system
There's a video of a similar system flying in the video section though. Seems to fly pretty well! |
