hi all newbie here from south wales, im looking to buy a cheap outdoor helicopter,
ive seen a couple around the highstreet ie the alloy shark,
was hoping some of you might be able to tell me the best model for my money, also whats the best way to learn to fly these, cheers again marc
used to fly trainers, also have rc petrol buggy and nitro car look forward to learning of you |

I would say with your experience, get a 4 channel co-axial, but if it must be an outdoor machine then go for a 400~450 class heli or the mSR. You will soon get tired of anything less. Check your local supplier (if you have one) and get the model that has the most readily available spares. You WILL need them.
Mostly you get what you pay for, a cheap heli will not last long and spares are often difficult to get if at all. |
